just me.... nothing more and nothing less.... I'm a triathlete and officially a full marathoner.... :O)... yeah I'm pretty much addicted!!.... going for my first half ironman the summer of 2012 = 1.2 mile swim, 56 miles bike and then a 13.1. mile run of fun :O)
