Athletic Veteran Guy Seeks Active Woman I am a very active and driven person. I enjoy mental and physical challenges and have a very inquisitive mind. I also have a creative side and always try to see the world in unique and interesting perspectives. I am originally from up north but St.Louis has for many years always felt like home. I enjoy staying fit and eating right, hiking/backpacking, biking on some of the great trails around here, and exploring this wonderful area - both in the city and the country.

One project of mine involved combing the back roads of southeastern North Dakota photographing abandoned farms in black & white during the years I lived up there. Since my return to this area, I have photographed more urban landscapes and occasionally have put my photos up on display in various galleries and coffeehouses. Though photography is my passion, it is not my only one.

Some places I like to frequent are Pierre-Marquette State Park in IL, Silver Lake in Highland, and Pleasant Ridge Park in Fairview Heights. I am now looking into exploring more of the Missouri side, which is one of the reason I moved back to the area. I also like live music, art galleries and too many other things to list.

As far as relationships go, I do not seek any more than what I offer, similar interests, honesty, and integrity. I choose to surround myself with friends and relationships with people who enrich my life rather than bring it down. Like many of us I have made mistakes in my life, wasted time, etc., but it is our learning from those times that helps us come out the other side a better person. Life is learning and school is always in session.
