Ex-Navy Single Mom I am a single mom, yes I am disabled I will be up front right away about that. You see in one of my pictures I use forearm crutches, they are for my balance, I have Multiple Sclerosis. But I don't let that get me down. I believe in being strong and never surrendering. Even now, I am working to loose weight from my last round of steroid treatments and I don't let my disability hinder me.
I love hiking, camping, swimming , reading, computers, animals. I live with my 7 year old son and I do have a 10 year old son as well who is special needs and lives with his dad. I served 7 months in the delayed entry program 13 years ago in the Navy, and was honorable discharged just before shipping to basic due to a knee injury.(for those who are military, my MOS was AMH)
I spend my days now taking care of my son, 6 cats, and supporting my friends who are still active military. I am currently learning to belly dance and continue my growth with God
I love life and I would really like to meet someone else who does as well and doesn't let the little things get them down. I have a huge heart, and my closest friends tell me I am caring and compassionate. Now if I can find a man who can honestly cherish that and not take advantage of that.
