Interested Playwright I am looking for any soldiers/veterans who served tours of duty in the Iraq/Afghan war. I have an idea of a play, and I would like to discuss aspects of the tours with anyone willing to talk. Ideally, the play would be two acts; act one would be reaction from learning of orders, how the family responds, etc. Act two would be after the soldier has returned, reunion, ramifications, etc.

I want to be clear: this piece is not meant to capitalize on the war. I come from a strong military family myself. I want to capture the effects and feelings of the family and the soldier's reactions to situations surrounding the home pre/post deployment. This is purely for aesthetic to honor my family and those who have and continue to serve.
